To provide more opportunities for new and self published authors, we have made a very limited number of vendor slots available for the Faith and Fiction Retreat. These slots are on a first come-first served basis.

Vendor Guidelines:

• Vendor space is a standard 6 ft. rectangular banquet table with three chairs. Plain white tablecloths will be provided.
• There will be no accommodations for electricity. Slots will not be assigned, but will go on a first come-first served basis.
• There should be no music or other distracting noise from vendor spaces during sessions.
• There may be up to three authors sharing one vendor space, however all books must be faith-based. No literature with vulgarities, profanity or erotic themes will be permitted.
• Vendor fee is $200.00 and includes one Daytime Session-Only Retreat registration. This does not include meals or late night book club discussions. A Meal Registration may be purchased for $149/person at www.faithandfictionretreat.com/registration.html. When registering specify 'VENDOR' in the 'BOOK CLUB' field. Vendors are responsible for transportation and lodging.
• Vendor set up time is from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm on Thursday, August 14th; 6 am - 8 am on Friday, August 15th and 7 am - 8 am on Saturday, August 16th. Loading and unloading will only be permitted during these times. There will be no setups allowed during sessions, author panels or presentations.
• Vendor area will be open to retreat attendees during all times that the Faith and Fiction Retreat Bookstore is open. Additionally, the vendor area will be available during meals and downtime. Vendors will not be permitted to transact business during author panels, seminars or presentations.
• Vendors must send an email to info@faithandfictionretreat.com listing each author that will be present at their vendor space, the title of each book and a book synopsis. Vendors will not be allowed to sublet space to any authors not on their registration email. Include in the email a phone number and contact information.
• The Faith and Fiction Retreat will not be responsible for providing change or credit card validation equipment. This is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
• The Faith and Fiction Retreat will not be held responsible for the amount of sales by any vendor. The Faith and Fiction Retreat makes no guarantees concerning sales of any kind.

By submitting payment, each vendor has agreed to the guidelines set forth in this document.
