An initial non-refundable deposit of $75 is due immediately to secure your spot. The early bird registration rate of $249 will be offered from now until June 30th. All registrations after June 30th will be $289. Bookclub members with four or more registrants receive a discounted rate of $225 until June 30th. Author panelists also receive the discounted rate of $225.

A payment plan is available for full registrations. For individuals the payment plan is the $75 deposit plus one payment of $74 and two payments of $50. For bookclub and author panelists the payment plan is $75 deposit, plus three payments of $50. The payments can be made at anytime until June 30th. All payments received after June 30th will revert to the late registration fee of $289.

Refund Policy - The initial $75 deposit is non-refundable, however the following applies to the remainder of the registation fee.

100% - Until June 1st

50% - From June 1 - June 30

After June 30th there will be no refunds.

The registration fee does not include lodging or transportation. Discounted rooms at The Palms will be available.
